Can I also use my Wing Foiling board for Prone Foiling?Updated 2 months ago

Yes, it is generally possible to use your Wing Foiling board for Prone Foiling; however, this only serves as a secondary option and depends on your boards shape.
Many wing foil boards are shorter and wider, making it more challenging to paddle into waves. They’re also usually a bit thicker, which gives you less board feeling when pumping to connect to the next wave. And a higher volume can make it more difficult to duck dive.
Prone Foiling Boards on the other hand like the Duotone Crush SLS usually have a flatter rocker line, what typically paddles better and allows you to take off earlier. An earlier take-off simplifies the control of the foil and enhances your overall experience when Prone Foiling.
While it is possible to use your Wing Foiling boards like the Duotone Skybrid SLS or the Sky Style SLS, it is recommended to opt for boards specifically designed for Prone Foiling for optimal performance and control.
