How do I change the propeller blades mount?Updated 2 months ago

Screws & Tool needed:

• #3/M4 Allen key (included in your Foil Assist Screw & Tool Set)
• Propeller blades: 2x M4x35 screws, 2x M4 washer and 2x M4 nut
• Mount: 4x M4x8 
• Spare screws: Foil Assist Maintenance Screws (40260-8008)

Steps to remove and install the propeller blades mount:

1. Remove the propeller blades by unscrewing the propeller screws.
2. Take out the propeller blades.
3. Use a #3 Allen key to remove the mount screws.
4. Attach the new mount and tighten the screws securely.
5. The propeller blades are marked 1 and 2. Make sure to match each blade with the corresponding number on the propeller mount.
6. Ensure the ridges on the blades are aligned correctly so the blades can fold and unfold freely.
7. Tighten all screws.
8. If the blades do not fold or unfold smoothly, check whether the gears are properly aligned or if any screws are too tight.
