How do I charge the remote?
You can charge the remote using the USB-C charging cable included in the eRemote Set. Always make sure the remote is fully charged before heading out on the water.
How do I charge and store the batteries?
The Foil Assist batteries require special care. Always charge both batteries to 100% before going out on the water, and charge/discharge them to storage mode when not in use.
How long does it take to charge the batteries?
A full charge cycle typically takes about one hour. However, if you are charging your batteries from storage mode up to 100%, it's much quicker.
How long do the batteries last?
The battery runtime depends on several factors and typically ranges between 30 and 60 minutes.
Are there different charging plugs available for the battery charger?
To ensure you can easily plug the charger into your outlet, it comes with an EU plug and three adapters for the UK, U.S., and Australia.
