The battery box slider is not locking.Updated 2 months ago

Possible Causes 

• You may not be pressing down on the latch to engage the lock. 
• The screws on the lock could be loose. 
• The locking arms might be damaged.

Actions 

1. Tighten all screws on the lock assembly with the 20A hex key from the Foil Assist Maintenance Tool Kit. 
2. Press down on the latch while sliding the lock. 
3. If the slider still does not lock, you need to replace the lock. We don't offer the lock as a spare part on our website, please contact your dealer or reach out to us directly if you purchased your Foil Assist set through our website.
